Science - Animal Adaptaions

As part of our new Science topic we will be looking at animal adaptations. There is loads of information about this on the web. See if you can find any images or websites that we can be use on Wednesday.

This would be a great lesson to use the Nintendo DS's to ask each other specific questions about animal adaptations.

We will specifically focus on animals we find in the UAE or animals adapted to life in the desert.

Here is a video that gives you an idea of how animals are adapted to their environment:

Look at YouTube videos under 'How do animals do that', there are loads of cool clips from National Geographic.
